SequoiaLabs

AI chat agents for small businesses

Your website is closed at 2am. Your customers aren't.

We build an AI agent trained on your own pages, services and hours, then put it on your site, so the questions that arrive after closing get a real answer instead of a contact form.

  • Free to try
  • Nothing to install to see it
  • You talk to it before you decide

Someone lands on your site at eleven at night.

They have one question: do you do this, how long does it take, can you fit them in. Right now they have three options, and two of them lose you the job.

What happens now

  • They read what is on the page and hope it covers their question.
  • They fill in a contact form and wait until tomorrow.
  • They go back to Google and open the next three results.

What happens instead

  • They ask the question in plain words and get the answer straight away.
  • They find out you do the thing they need before they leave the page.
  • You wake up to their name and number instead of nothing.

You see it working before you commit to anything.

The order matters. Most of this industry asks you to buy first and find out second.

  1. 01

We read everything you have published

Your website, page by page, plus your Google listing. We turn it into a written brief: what you offer, what you do not, and what is simply not published anywhere.

  2. 02

You get a link and talk to it yourself

No install, no access to your site, no call first. You open a page, ask it the things your customers ask you, and try to catch it out.

  3. 03

If it earns its place, it goes on your site

One line of code, and the chat button appears. Nothing else about your site changes. If it did not impress you, we shake hands and that is the end of it.

It answers the way you would.

Not a menu of buttons, and not a search box dressed up as a robot. Someone types a question the way they would say it out loud, and gets a straight answer back.

  • Hours, holidays, and whether you are open this weekend
  • What you offer, and what you do not
  • Where you are and how far you travel
  • Taking a name and number when it cannot finish the job

Example conversation

do you take adults or is it just teenagers?

Both. We teach from 14 upwards, including adults who have never driven before. Plenty of our students are nervous first-timers.

ok and how much for the full course?

I don't have pricing to hand. It isn't published anywhere. The office can give you an exact figure, or I can take your number and have someone call you in the morning.

The second answer is the one that matters. It would have been trivial to invent a number there.

The part that matters

An agent that makes things up is worse than no agent at all.

This is the real risk, and it is the thing most of these tools quietly get wrong. Yours is built from your own published information and nothing else. No guessing from what is typical at businesses like yours. The limits are written down per business, by hand.

It never invents a price

If you have not published a figure, it says it does not have one and points to whoever can give a real answer.

It never quotes your reviews back

It can say what people generally praise. It will not repeat anyone by name, and it will not repeat a complaint.

It does not answer for the regulator

Licensing, legal and safety questions go to the body that actually decides them, not to a guess that sounds plausible.

It admits the gap

When it does not know, it says so in one line and offers your number, rather than filling the silence with something invented.

Who you are actually dealing with

Sequoia Labs is small, and your agent is built by hand rather than generated from a template. That means you talk to the person who built it, and the rules above get written for your business specifically. It also means we take on a limited number at a time, which is worth knowing before you get in touch.

See one built for your business.

We will read your site, build the agent, and send you a link to talk to it. If it does not impress you, that is genuinely the end of it. No follow-up, no pitch.
